		<description><![CDATA[Locations in Bermuda do vary in the inherent value they bring to a home. Some homes have water views or frontage, some are near to Hamilton, and others have new and/or elaborate homes sited.
    Aside from the above, real estate may gain or lose value based on the economic conditions (as currently exist), demographics of the neighborhood, need for infrastructure improvements in the neighborhood or desirable/undesirable trends. 
    Building a house provides even wider estimated values due to the extraordinary variation in build quality and builder experience. Real estate brokers frequently do have difficulty providing reasonable and accurate estimates. It&#039;s not the experience factor but the innate abilities of the broker that governs this skill set. 
    As for the comparisons in the last paragraph, there is no basis for a comparison. It simply does not relate to the issue at hand. In the end, your house is worth what somebody else would pay for it. Pricing should be a minimum of 5-10% above desired sale price. This type of estimate is merely a &#039;guideline.&#039;]]></description>
