Will there be points at which traffic can cross the race course? Unlike the west end course, where you can go through Devonshire & get to North Shore, except for Pembroke, North Devonshire & a small part of Smith’s, there will be no access to Hamilton after 0830 until about 1130/1200 if the road restrictions are the same as they have been in the past.
