Exactly. W & E where not looking to save the stone, they where going to demolish it and take it to the dump. There where individuals who had requested permission to take the stone and W & E had allowed that to happen up to a point. Mr. G simply jumped the gun & while he will rightly get a nasty letter & his knuckles rapped that is all that should happen here.

My company removed stone from this site about 3/4 weeks prior to this and so had at least one other. I would bet Mr. Brown & Mr. Burt knew this but chose to ignore these facts and instead run off at the mouth as if someone had ****ed the Govt consolidated account… oops that has already happened and the PLP with their friends and family plan where the architects of that.

Funny how this happens just as we hear the ‘explanation’ of the Port Royal Golf Course fiasco.

The request to remove the stone was made on the Friday, when it was seen that the wall had been removed over the weekend the police where contacted on the following Monday morning. They where contacted again later that day as some clarification on the stone removal had been made. Simple really.

Sadly the PLP are in full election mode & will leave no stone unturned (pardon the pun) in attempting to make them look like they should be given another chance at the next election. Simply put their philosophy is that if they throw enough mud at a wall some will stick. Yawns.
