Also from 2014 to 2015 there is a decrease of one waiter meaning we still have 20+ unemployed waiters but we still had an increase in permits issued? Seems to be that number should be 0 before any permits are issued!

Another reason I don’t believe things age looking up is because there still isn’t much building nor renovations going on to feed the unemployment in construction.
