I am glad they are recovering well but they will forever be scared emotionally from that fright. I wish they would stop cycle rentals and come up with a viable solution for tourists to get around even the little golf cart looking motorized vehicles would be good for them. They can have a speed cap on them and they should be much safer while still offering independence.
