As whimsical the approach,the import is high.We “are” what we eat .Sugars within drink and others are extreemly dangerous as are processed foods….but interestingly enough we presently kill and or neutralise protines in foods we eat from microwage cooking.Nutrients are being neutralised and we might as well be eating cardboard.
