Of course, we’re talking about the same Civil Service decision makers who authorized resurfacing the ONLY road into the Somerset/ Dockyard area during the peak of the cruise ship season with the attendant traffic delays. Couldn’t the resurfacing have been done AFTER the cruise sips leave for the season?
