For example, we’ve had several calls from clients just to verify that their policies are up-to-date and premiums due are current. We are not actually accepting the purchase of new policies. The threat of a hurricane should be taken seriously (as reaffirmed by Fay and Gonzalo last year) and our goal is to ensure delivery of the best service to our clients.
