But to claim any environmental benefit from the testing of a vehicles tail pipe emissions and then doing absolutely nothing with the results is a blatant distortion of reality. True it is not in Mr. smiths remit to change legislation and enforce any penalties but claiming that his firm is “Helping to protect the islands pristine environment” in any way, shape, or form is simply not true.
