The BCB says they select them for their experience in the side…OK, weren’t they the “experienced” players when we were demoted all the way down to Div 4? I know there is plenty of blame to go around, but maybe it’s time for a completely new crop of players. Build around Dion, Malachi, Allan, Rodney as your senior/experienced players. Just my opinion.
