Events like Harbour Nights should have long ago been permitted to offer beer and wine to our tourists and locals. We are so behind the times.
The Americas Cup event on Front Street proved that alcohol can be served to the public without incident.
More needs to be done in this vein. Beaches, outdoor events etc.
Well done for tabling a sensible bill that makes us a more vibrant and progressive community.
