What is thr Government Health and Safety office doing to reduce these incidents? Why hasn’t the government health and safety officer put out statistics or even a follow up report to say that it was investigated and what the issues were with the various incidents so that maybe when the next contractor goes to erect the scaffolding that another worker, friend, father, provider doesn’t get injured or even killed.
