For what its worth, (not that much of what Jamahl says is worth responding to), he states that by people having to pay more for BELCO bills, they will have less to spend on other Bermuda businesses thereby risking the future viability of those businesses. What he fails to mention, is that by failing to pay BELCO’s increased rates, we risk jeopardizing BELCO’s future viability.
