Bermuda Emissions haven’t been testing jack, most vehicles would fail anyway but “for the 20 years of research and development BECL has contributed” they haven’t set a standard yet. If this system is leading the world of islands with respect to breathing uncontrolled CO,HO and diesel particulate matter emanating from tailpipes, then the world is in trouble.
