Don’t ask me how but I got mine over 4 weeks ago . My neighbors , who’s post box is 8″ above mine , got theirs at mid day today !

I’m pretty certain that it was mentioned well in advance that it ‘could’ be done on line this year .
The interesting thing is that it appears the way it works is that gov’t is having the BPO deliver the assessment number specific form to every household on the island . I know for a fact that there are numerous empty households with the mailbox outside containing a now water damaged form.

Also , the form doesn’t mention anywhere that if the recipient either has no computer or is not computer literate that they should phone the number on the form and request that an enumerator visit in person. (there are computers available for public use in the census office)
As it stands I assume that the census office will eventually send someone out in person , but that is not mentioned anywhere .

For ‘overboard’ below .. Just call the number on the form . I had an issue and they were very helpful even though I didn’t get through on the first try.

This is the first that I have seen it being available online. When & where was it published before?

Also, if census imforemation can be taken online, why can we not VOTE online? There are those who are off the island for both the early voting periods & voting day.

What makes online voting so difficult to do?
