there will be those who dislike this comment if Bernnews allows it but let’s be for real – this guy is not achieving much with the BPO except for reducing a high number associated with salaries and has not done much else for an aged, almost obsolete system and bogged down mail delivery for what should be a relatively simple process.

so far he has encouraged people to early retirement, just to ‘help” the BPO, he’s not hiring, when he knows he should. mail delivery has suffered because he refuses to hire, saying “we don’t need to hire”. So, good for Mr.Smith at least someone else sees his accomplishments , because we don’t.
