The PLP had $12 million that they refused to commit to this project .Mr. Premier, This is what I’ve been saying for 4 years, ADDRESS SOME OF OUR SOCIAL CONCERNS .What was hard about that ? I hope Andrew follows through on this. The people have been crying out for some relief. At last , the OBA has heard them.
