Sage are you for real! But at least he can be tested for impaired driving and was arrested and will face charges. He will likely face time off the road and possibly prison time. At least the victims will likely see someone pay for what they did. How many times a day do you think people drive high and are therefore “impaired” and involved in accidents then simply dismissed. The truth is simple, they are both illegal whether you like it or not and the consequences if you are caught are known. So if you don’t want to be on the US stop list you can either, stay away from illegal narcotics, apply to get a Green Card and move to the US, or continue to use and therefore break the law and hope you don’t get caught. I chose to stay away from drugs. But , I do drink alcohol on occasion. do I think I am better than anyone else because of my choice – NO. However, I know if I drink, and drive in Bermuda – then I must live wit the consequences. I don’t complain when traveling to many far eastern countries and I can’t get a drink? I respect the laws of that country and understand the consequences.

Fantastic example of Bermudas’ drug of choice at work, plowed over two bikes and kept going until telephone pole foiled his escape. At least this won’t get him on the stop list.

I saw this after it happened. could not for the life of me figure out what had taken place, with vehicles scattered so far apart, and utility pole down. I hope the two Gentlemen have a 100% recovery. God speed.
