It would be up to an entrepreneur to start a used car dealership right now people are content to sell there cars on emoo or similar. If you know of someone who wants to start a used car dealership tell him/her there is nothing stopping them.

This sounds like an excellent idea for former residents such as me, who still have their Bermuda driving licences, to get temporary transport while they’re visiting. Nothing against the livery companies, but at around 330 lbs I don’t do 50cc rental bikes any more!
