Age discrimination – like not giving a 10 year old a drivers licence.

National Origin – Bermuda’s immigration & employment practices discriminate based on national origin. Many countries discriminate in their immigration policy, requiring Visas for some and not others.

This is why J. Simmons ruling was wrong. Every thing the government does can not be a service. Some things are solely the function of the government and the government does discriminate-all the time based on what will support the desired outcome and will of the people.

No one is converting kids that is a lie, it is not a choice and yes people are born gay. do you really think that people wake up and go “You know what i want to be gay cause being picked on every day at school sound fun, and the verbal abuse from people is cool”. You never chose to be straight and I never chose to be gay.

And no one is “forcing” SSM on any one (another lie), once its all done it be the same as any other marriage you don’t really care about.
