To Powder THANK YOU because you took the words right out of my hands, I was typing just what you said. I am so sick of people like Pure Madness this event hasn’t done anything for me either but given me such pride watching the visitors and there are many here enjoying what we all take for granted. Take a moment to look at how many Bermudians are involved in some way shape or form, food vendors at the village oh and by the way it’s all local restaurants, ferry service overtime, road paving overtime, bike and car rentals,all the grocery stores, Belco,Telco,WJ Boyles,Gibbons Co. to name just a few of which there are so many more who have had increased sales. All these places have BERMUDIANS working for them so to all you people who have nothing nice to say about AC get over it because they are paying someone’s bills.

We ain’t talking hundreds, we’re talking thousands of people. A single ferry holds hundreds. Interesting that you say “THEY aren’t doing a thing for you or your family”. Question is – what are YOU doing for you and your family? The opportunity is there, take it. Don’t wait for it to be spoon fed to you like a helpless child.

What BS!!!! Americas Cup everything, but let it be a Bermuda event (End 2 End/Grand Prix) they couldn’t care less. Hundreds of people in Dockyard and they only had 1 ferry running from Dockyard every hour. Like seriously….. I cant wait for this america’s cup madness to be over. They aren’t doing a dang thing for me or my family. So done with it…..
