Make purchasing a motorcycle harder, make optaining a license harder.There are far to many motorcycles on our roads with reckless riders with a don’t give a Dam attitude. The tests at TCD are too easy, it doesn’t test the mentality of the person taking the test. If you think showing graphic videos and saying slow down is gonna work you are very mistaken.
