When children are unable to drink the water, because it’s running brown or play on the field,be it because, the grass wasn’t cut or the playground equipment wasn’t maintained/ fixed. everything else that may have been done to maintain the school becomes nul and void..

When supplies are limited, and equipment for teachers not good working order.. nothing else matters..

Then you see Million spent for AC.if visual is real.
