Between 1998 and 2012 taxes and the cost of living DID soar.
And money did fly out of here (ask any investment banker) all because of their policies, behavior and actions.

Much of that work that MUST be done is to encourage foreign investment and friendly immigration under the guise of stable government so we can grow and broaden the tax base . Otherwise we’re doomed as money flies out of here and taxes skyrocket (even more) and the cost of living continues to soar.

Can they do it ? Well the first thing they’d have to do is act completely differently than they did between 1998 and 2012
