The assumption is that the price was per terms of hours, days and weeks to perform. It is likely that the private contractors put in overtime with the hopes that an earlier start date could be achieved.

Will the contract payout be reduced as well since it took two weeks less time to perform the remediation works? Seems fair to me if they priced this project in terms of hours , days and weeks to perform.

Soooo can MOED show us pictures of the competed rooms?
What about the rooms that were not deemed worthy to be tested for mold and asbestos, like some utility closets?

There is a large dead tree on the Dellwood grounds with a big bough that overhangs the road – across from the mosque – only a matter of time before it comes down. This could cause a serious accident.
