Simply raise the debt ceiling to borrow enough to balance the budget, simple. Use the money to do whatever, and party till our interest rates are 60% and we owe $10,000,000.00 US a day in daily interest. And inflation high enough to make Bobby M in Zimby blush.

…and not even the hint of an “apology for the inconvenience”. Shameful arrogance and incompetence. But at east they can save costs as they only need about half the bus drivers.

What did OBA do about this issues except purchase buses with our tax money which ended up not being maintained because OBA put the bus mechanics on furlough days. To make matters worst the first set of buses they bought were too big for Bermuda’s roads and the second lot arrived short of the amount they paid for.

No… But you do need to be Bermudian to be paid for driving… Or have a work permit that specifically allows you work in this arena.

No cancelations by the contracted golden minibus fleet, ever. Drivers deliver mail as well. And you don’t have to be Bermudian to drive.
