He’s an analytics guy. So most of what comes from them will be about metrics/numbers and how that translates into getting people here and to return. But he’s missing a big part of the picture. The culture. The people. How does he get the island to buy in and develop a better tourism product? Metrics are good but knowing who/how to target is only part of the solution.
