Motorcycles are understated if based on registered as I see so many with out of date licences. Why no enforcement? If the Gov want more revenue and stop violations of the law, position cadets at stop lights and ticket all those bikes who race to the front, over the white line. May have some impact on future compliance with the law.

3660 truck and half of them are a second car not for working they don’t have tools in them can’t put aload of send in them the letter is not on the door anymore they put the letter on the running board,take a good look at the people and you tell me if they have tools in them or anything, they will turn down people who need a permit for a real working truck or van not a second car , 3 of them on the TCD board drive around in the second you could call them truck car turn people down who really need a working truck or van so take a good look and you will see what I am talking about

At a rough guess only need to be about 10 GP cars at the most.
The rest should be sold off.

Those in government who are driving them are making sufficient salaries to run their own vehicles and should be using them to get to work like everyone else.

Most of these vehicles are parked or being used to carry out non-government related errands. As it is the taxpayer is supporting a far to bloated civil service and government for the size of the island.

The number of vehicles is irelevant. There can only be about 30,000 vehicles on the road at any one time. That’s about how many licenced drivers we have. At a guess. We should be able to buy any amount of vehicles we want. They can only be on the road with a driver. Why not get the tax on as many additional vehicles people want?
