it’s very noticeable all over the island,not just Customs,but Police and other Uniform personnel lounging around with hands in pockets or openly smoking in uniform without covering up said uniform.

I went down to see the exhibits, very impressive indeed. One question though, why do so many officers stand around with their hands in their pockets? As a former military person myself, I don’t think that’s it a very good look.
