Bermuda needs a farm way worse than more housing for non-residents. Follow the money! Which would be more beneficial to the people of Bermuda in time of emergency a farm or a rental property. Outsiders and non-residents should have no say in the very limited land mass that is the island of Bermuda. Think of the future of your island and make better use of the land already developed.

I would like to challenge us as a country to seek out options to simply cover the land with concrete and to build houses/fractional share units for sale to non-Bermudians. Creative designs on a smaller scale where the tremendous setting is embraced as the most important feature would be welcome.

Why does the Bermuda Govt continue to be landlords (?landladies, landpersons?)? Sell off all its holdings that are not directly occupied by Govt entities, disband the BLDC, and BHC, for that matter, and put that money into paying down the debt (yes, I mean the principal!)

Nothing will happen until that stinking neighbouring dairy farm goes. The smell is stomach turning. With the right wind direction it can be detected as far as Watford Bridge. The Daniels Head property itself is absolute prime land for another development similar to Cambridge Beaches.
