On that basis we don’t believe it needs to be a complex or timely RFP process.

It will allow the new service centers to provide more efficient service rather than getting bogged down by tons of cruise ship passengers. They will still sell the transport passes but if a large majority can purchase them on their own or with guidance it will reduce
