That entire section along front street could have been torn up and re paved in 2 days weather permitting.
The same goes for most of the public roads around the island.
Our roads could be much better, with less seams.
Why is it we never see were the ashphalt meets in the US or Canada, and they pave miles at a time across 2 and 4 lanes.
We must do better, it’s 2018
