Months and months to complete, then dig it all up again for a trench less than a month after completion. Smh. Every single time

So, when the COH blocks off the main artery for two weeks into Hamilton while your asphalt company takes all of two weeks to pave a 300 foot single lane, my question is, why couldn’t that be done over a few weekends? Don’t think the COH could plan their way out of a wet paper bag honestly. Traffic was backed up to Harbor Road. Very poorly planned.
