The extra weight attached caused the lighter front end to lift up. Nothing much the driver could do about this unless there is a protocol in effect to loosen the said trash. Front end must have come down hard when they released the trash

Lucky it happened where it did instead of the whole truck falling down into the pit.

The trash builds up and in an effort to collect ALL the trash during the workers rounds they unknowingly overloaded the truck. When it got back to the W&E facility to be emptied the overloading resulted in the trash getting lodged in the hatch. As a result the truck tipped backwards do the weight.

In short, Col. Burch is to blame for reducing the trash collection from 2 days to 1 day.
