Go to the last Permit Holder and they need to pay for the removal. I am so sick of people taking advantage.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I don’t understand how the owners of boats can get away with this for so long.Boats just like vehicles are registered at one point or another.
So why not go after the last registered owner to repay for removal fees.
It should be up to the listed owner to prove or disprove that they are no longer the rightful owner within a set period of time, if not they are responsible for all associatied costs for removal.]]></description>
