		<description><![CDATA[This is fantastic news! For too long people with disabilities have been disenfranchised by the court system. The drug and mental health courts have come a long way toward make a difference, but people must feel free to divulge their circumstances knowing that they’ll be treated with respect and not ridiculed for what they’re dealing with. People with learning and intellectual disabilities in particular need support and protection within the court system.

NEXT ON THE AGENDA should be training for the courts on recognizing and understanding disabilities - that could truly make a difference! :)]]></description>
