People like you Stormy are what is wrong with earth, keeping mankind degenerating in the dark ages with backwards thinking. People like you are magnets to the issue of speeding, and who says this person was speeding anyways? The speed limit here should be raised not lowered. Go any other civilized country on earth and roads like ours have speed limits of 80kph not 35kph. The 35kph limit was set almost a hundred years ago and was intended for horse buggies on sand roads. they did not have cars then or paved roads and the horse buggies ran at 35kph. So that is why we have that limit. Why in nearly 100 years it has not been updated to reflect non-animal powered vehicles and paved roads is beyond me. Cars have safety equipment and brakes and you all act like 20mph is frightening. You all belong in a old folks home getting the care you need, not out on our roads.

Check the first photo, if you look clearly you can see the tire is bald. Insurance company don’t give them NUFFIN.

What oil patch? No photo of any oil patch? And please let’s get these flipped cars reported thoroughly and even name and shame! Reporting needs to make it clear that these flipped cars were due to negligence on our roads and are to be penalized to the highest degree!!! There is NO reason at all to have a flipped car unless the driver is speeding. Bottom line, or in this case, flipped over onto the top of the car line! Come on!!!

I’ve said it before need stricter fines etc. Not going to stop them all my might make people think about speeding, well the sensible ones anyway. We are not going to police ourselves so.
Or don’t com0lain when insurance keeps going up.

‘Oil patches’ have nothing whatsoever to do with the weather .
The roads do get naturally ‘slick’ after a brief rain shower but I hit a massive oil spill ‘patch’ many years ago on one of the well known roundabouts early in the morning on a clear dry day.
I was always a very careful rider but that forever changed me.

Not trying to be judgemental…but is there a media blitz or a law about texting, making or answering cell phones while driving. Are these people prosecuted. Is there a ‘three strikes – your out ‘ court penalty ? These accidents seem way too frequent.

Oh look, another turtle stuck on its back.. It seems to of become an epidemic as of late (or is this some kind of new social media challenge?). Maybe it’s time to outfit cars with training wheels, speed restrictors, computer assisted driving, cellphone jammers & breathalyzer ignitions to protect people from themselves (not insinuating what the cause of this particular accident was though). as well as to protect everyone around them as well as everyone’s insurance premiums as a whole. Outside of that I hope there was no serious injuries.
