NYC travelers know that door to door time from their home to their Bermuda accommodation will average 6 hours. Those fortunate enough to travel by private jet to Bermuda can cut the average time to 3.5 hours. Other than fractional condo ownership owning a property in Bermuda isn’t attractive to those who could afford a home in the Hamptons. The Loren hasn’t achieved residence sales that King dreamed of. Like most tourism destinations Bermuda is seeing an increase thanks to the flourishing North American economy.
