In a community that ranks Diversity and Inclusion Issues where do sex offenders and those that protect them from accountability rank?

In Bermuda, do we rank them and the offences they commit or help to cover up by Race, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Age, Education, Political Party, Class or Religion…..?
