A “disruption and innovation seminar” on a day when Belco employees hold an illegal strike, Belco warns of prolonged power outages, school principals work to rule after saying they have too much to do after a ten week holiday, busses are broken down, trash trucks are broken down, tugs and ferries are operating on a hope and a prayer and the government is hiring an overseas lawyer to enforce discrimination against an island minority.
