Let’s see, in 2018 after flushing millions down the toilet for decades and failing, we have tourists with small amounts of cannabis, they have a legit prescription for at home, being fined between $4000 and $7000 and a guy 3 times over the limit, crashes has no license and alcohol bottles found at the crash is fined a total of $1350. Now children, which ‘offender’ presents a more clear and present danger to themselves and others? You get one guess. The NDC is a folly which needs to be abolished.
