I think that if the issues are genuine and that workers job security threatened d, or perceived to be under threat, it needs to be sorted out, too often there is a lot of abuse, too, too much, and li ttle redress. There are some very specifi c points or situations that should be put forward to a third party, I think arbitra tion is the way forward, we shall await any further developments during the course of this week. A court injunction has been served, government has stepped in, let’s see how it goes.
