As a pro bike racer said to me many years ago ‘If other people (mainly car drivers) in Bermuda traveling at the speed limit can’t see other people in the oncoming lane when the sun is up they shouldn’t have a driver’s license’.

Police, ambulance and a whole lot of onlookers. Just after passing the scene we encountered one car and two bikes driving without lights. It was 10:30 pm! Not condoning a drunk driver. Just saying some vehicles don’t seem to have lights or their owners don’t choose to use them.
