These gangsters all need to learn a lesson and while there at it they need to charge the parents as well. If these hooligans are 21 then the parents should be charged as well. They created the monsters that society now have to deal with.

Completely agree . Especially when one takes into account that this wasn’t a ‘simple stabbing’ and there was something else involved other than a knife !

They should beat it out of the culprit they caught, charge him with pre-meditated attempted murder not ‘unlawful wounding’, if he won’t reveal who his partner is then double his sentence.
