He was never in a hurry, stopping along the road here and there talking with folks. That was my first observation. I would say that there needs to be a heightened presence of police officers on foot , again I say on foot, i.e. park at the Warwick Bowl and walk thru Haywards grocery store and Haywards liquor store down to the business that sells cellphones , it may take 20 minutes, once or twice a day get to know the people in and around the area. Walk thru Jones village park the car nearby , same way with the area schools. It keeps dumbness to a minimum and encourages support for many..
