Breaking the law, is breaking the law , the police should not be required to advise the public where they plan to set up. So if police see a situation outside of the checkpoint area and don’t act and the driver kills somebody , can the police be held liable.

How about they post it as island wide, this would allow checkpoints to be anywhere at any given time.

People are starting to catch on to the police posting checkpoints for parishes but then not even covering that parish. They should be mandated to cover the parishes that they advertise.
