The Government lost 3 court cases. Yet, Mr. Burt is pressing on with a legal challenge at the Privy Council. He forgets that many, rightfully, fought hard against discrimination in the past.
Mr. Burt and his government will lose a 4th court case, and indeed will be remembered as the Premier who legislated against gay people. PLP Legislation that was ruled unconstitutional. Any Premier that discriminates against any minority in the 21st century is not worthy of the office.
