A pleasant looking concept. It is a shame that the food facilities that were there for so long will be left out.

My only criticism is that in order to enter the new car park people have to cross the railway trial with their cars. Will that not be dangerous for people using the railway trial?

I always vote OBA because plp are useless. The only thing they have accomplished is putting us on the EU blacklist. They tore down the building at Shelley Bay in an act of hostility. They have ruined public transportation, trash collection has been halfed apparently they have failed the children of TNT. The list is long but you don’t want to hear it. But what do you think of the conceptual plan? Beautiful isnt it!
Visually pleasing, Environmentally pleasing, Accomodating for all, especially those with physical and visual challenges,plans to meet ADA standards,Structurally Bermudian, Providing a Bermudian beach experience for those residents and visitors who have had limited access until now.
Persons at that meeting could see the benefits. A sheet doesnt matter when we can provide that joy.
