Wait, you still think this was an accidental “typo?” NOT AT ALL.
I really wish they would come clean and explain that they were trying to sneak something by the EU but they got busted. Stupid to even try doing something like that while already being on their s*!t list.

The damage here has been done. This is not fixable. Even if/when we get off the list, this will stick with us like a tattoo.

This is not a major win or accomplishment for the GVT. BERMUDA should have never been included on that list in the first place.

This is damage control.

Those that let us get on the black list should be fired.
I can only imagine if this had happened under the O.B.A the hate show would have gone on and on to fire those that were in involved..

He needs to start telling us what this is costing Bermuda. I can say with certainty that business is being lost which translates to money which government will need to find somewhere else so watch out Bermudian tax payers. The loss of revenue is a killer but there is a loss of confidence that will be harder to regain. I guess OJ and others pretend this does not exist or have no idea what it means to them.

Ahhh, so the Minister “expects” us to be removed from the blacklist “at the earliest opportunity”. How does that compare with the activation of the bus schedule which was close, then on the horizon, then very very close & so on before it actually happened?

This whole thing would have not happened had somebody done their job & proof read documents properly. That is what they get paid the big bucks for. Does this person still have a job in the CS. Bet they do. At worst they got a transfer with no accountability for what they did. In the private sector they would have been long shown the door.

How many millions has this cost Bermuda? Will there be an investigation with consequences paid? Highly unlikely.
