Congratulation Mr. and Mrs. Furbert on the opening of the 5th Mr. Chicken outlet. While the food choices may not work for many, more importantly, Mr. Chicken has provided employment opportunities at a time when retail is struggling – especially in Somerset village. The story of two average, grassroots Bermudians growing a small enterprise into what may now be the largest fast-food chain in Bermuda is awesome. It’s also a good example of how hard work pays off. Well done and thanks for your community support.
